About the Role
As the Senior Sustainability Lead, you will be the primary architect of PT Gudang Baru Berkah's environmental roadmap. You will balance the legacy of our production methods with modern ecological standards, ensuring that our growth respects the land we operate on.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a 5-year Net Zero strategy across three manufacturing sites. Liaise with government bodies for regulatory compliance and environmental reporting. Lead the internal "Green Craft" initiative to reduce water consumption in processing by 30%.
Requirements
Master's degree in Environmental Science or Corporate Social Responsibility. Proven track record in industrial sustainability management. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
